Applicant must designate a New Jersey club as their U.S. Figure Skating home club. Applicant must have competed in U.S. Figure Skating qualifying competitions for at least two years for a Senior Scholarship (Novice, Junior or Senior) and at least one year for a Junior Scholarship (Juvenile or Intermediate).
